Dev Project Manager

About the RoleAdviceOne is looking for a driven Project Manager (PM) to join our Dev team. This role will report to our Director of Dev and will be essential to achieving our lofty goals. AdviceOne is a forward-facing company with plans to market intellectual capital in the near future. We are looking for the right person who is eager to spearhead the project management of our fast-paced culture and implement a PM solution that allows for the right balance of agility and organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee projects from concept generation to implementation Effectively manage multiple projects (large and small scale) simultaneously Hold Dev team and Dev Liaisons accountable for clear scope and project deadlines Collaboratively define and document scope and deliverables Work cross-departmentally to ensure project requirements and expectations are met firmwide Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management that align with the firm's pace Foster environment for continuous improvement Create metrics that allow for increased transparency across the organization on project status Assist in providing excellent client service as needed Direct reporting to the firm's key stakeholders and executives Provide excellent client service while assisting our Client Experience department as needed including interacting with our clients and helping to create an amazing front stage experience - 10% This is a hybrid position, with the current requirement to be in our Glastonbury, CT office on Tuesdays. This position also requires up to 1 evening per week. This creates flexibility in your schedule for the remainder of the week to ensure a total of 40 hours for a healthy work/life balance. When not in the office, you will be set up to work from home with full functionality.
