Join us to shape the future of farming and make a lasting difference.About the Role The Financial Analyst will be a core member of the corporate FP&A team. Broad responsibilities include financial modeling, M&A due diligence, addressing the recurring and ad-hoc needs of investors, analyzing market trends and industry performance, as well as helping to support the continued growth of the company.ResponsibilitiesConstruct and maintain detailed bottoms up 3-statement financial models for potential investment opportunities, equity raise and debt refinanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand information needed for the financial modeling to support decision makingPrepare and present recurring and ad-hoc financial reporting to senior management, the leadership team and other stakeholdersLead the monthly forecast of revenue components and provide insights on key revenue driversMonitor and analyze company KPIs, market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to provide strategic insightsAssist with stakeholders reporting, portfolio performance commentaries, and presentations materialsQualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business or economicsRequired Skills3 years of experience ideally investment banking, private equity (early stage) or corporate finance; nice to have experience in agri-business, food & beverages, investment management, or real estateProven ability to work independentlyBasic understanding of GAAP accountingCompetence in financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, and DCF modelingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant technologiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsReside in Los Angeles Metropolitan area and open to working on-site Monday through Thursday - Friday remote. Relocation not available at this timeCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
