Human Resources Specialist

Opportunity to join a dynamic human resources team for a firm located near Hoffman Estates. The Human Resources Systems Specialist proactively supports multiple functions of the Human Resource Department. The individual will report to the Head of HR and will work closely with the HR team. Experience with ADP HRIS. Client offers a flexible hybrid schedule. Pay range $80k-$85kBenefits include: medical, dental, vision, short term and long term disability, 401k, PTO, sick time, flexible spending and HSA.Recruiter: Connie StathopoulosEssential duties:Conduct employee life cycle database updatesEnsures compliance with Form I-9Process verification of employment requestsManage Employee Excellence Program Manage annual employee engagement surveyProcess data requests for internal departmentsPerform recurring audits on HR systems and databases as neededTriage office mail and HR department email Support HR and Compensation & Benefits teams as neededOther duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldPreferred 3-7 years of Human Resource experience in a corporate environmentProficiency in ADPFamiliarity with background check and drug screen third party systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlinesProven experience of communicating professionally with internal and external customersProven organizational skills, with high attention to detail and flexibility with shifting prioritiesSolid attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of integrity and proven ability to maintain and protect confidentialityAbility to work independently and in a team
