We are seeking a Creative Director to join our team in Cincinnati. As a Creative Director, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your deep understanding of the industry and the ability to translate client needs into opportunities to grow revenue. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and key agency players, managing ongoing client projects, and leading a dedicated account and project management team.Responsibilities:• Establish strong relationships with clients and key agency players, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner• Demonstrate a deep understanding of client's market and business sectors and provide insights and perspectives that support client initiatives• Monitor progress of ongoing client projects, addressing and resolving any issues or problems• Analyze the profitability and growth of assigned client accounts using KPIs and other metrics• Identify opportunities to increase revenue by selling additional products and services across the company portfolio• Lead the development and delivery of innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities• Develop and execute targeted strategies for greater penetration of the client's marketing spend• Ensure client retention by delivering custom tailored solutions to meet clients' objectives and expectations• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of team members to ensure goals or objectives are accomplishedRequirements• Must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative director role or a related field.• Must have experience in CPG and package design• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.• Demonstrated experience in creating effective advertisements.• Proven track record of enhancing brand awareness through creative strategies.• Solid experience in campaign planning and execution.• Familiarity with collateral management and its best practices.• Strong understanding of corporate identity and how to incorporate it into creative initiatives.• Ideally looking for someone with agency experience.
