Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up commercial and/or municipal construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with a general contractor, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives.Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and address challenges.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.Facilitate regular meetings to communicate project updates and resolve issues promptly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in project management with a general contractor.Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or MS Project).Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Join us to lead impactful projects and contribute to building communities with excellence!You are NOT qualified for this position if:You have an IT backgroundYou do not have commercial/municipal construction experienceYou have not worked as a Project Manager or in the construction industryIf your background is all multifamily construction, they are not looking for this backgroundThis position is Not open to sponsorship at this time
