The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, fostering strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives within our target market segments.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking efforts.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to clients as needed to showcase the features and benefits of our custom turnkey solutions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, and Product Development to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product roadmap and market demand.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our product offerings in the market.Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management on a regular basis, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand, generate leads, and expand our network within the custom turnkey solution ecosystem.Continuously strive to enhance personal and professional development through training, education, and skill-building activities.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.· Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector and specifically in selling LCD and Single Board Computer solutions.· Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of Single Board Computers, embedded systems, and related technologies.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.· Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and support business development activities.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to Relocate:Irvine, CA 92618: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: IDS Headquarter Office
