You'll be an integral part of the team - helping to create well-organized events that bring employees together to connect and collaborate during meaningful moments. What will your day-to-day look like?Become an ambassador of the Workplace Services team ensuring all employees have a comfortable and functional work space to perform well in their jobYou will learn the "ins and outs" of what happens behind the scenes of our super busy off environment, and what it takes to help our teams perform at high levelsMaintain functionality of our office equipment and general office spaces by conducting regular "walk-throughs" to perform ongoing facilities maintenance inspections of public and common areasUse our JIRA ticketing system for receiving and responding to service, repair & maintenance requests, determining the nature of the problem(s) and either completing the request or recommending appropriate solutions to employees in a timely mannerOversee set-ups and tear-downs of multi-purpose spaces, meeting rooms, and training roomsCollect and store packages and mail; including sorting and deliveryConduct an overview of the specific needs of the space, including furniture needs, office and kitchen supplies, and pertinent repairs and maintenanceWhy do we love this company?They are leaders - Leadership is not limited to our management team.
