The Director of Strategy and Innovation will partner with senior leaders across the company to manage and drive 's large, annual strategic initiatives and corporate innovation projects. This role will provide structure and accountability that bridge thoughtful strategy, detailed planning, and disciplined execution for strategic projects. The role requires strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, the ability to breakdown and redesign processes, as well as the capability to successfully manage and implement multiple projects. This role will lead cross-functional teams to drive key organizational projects that will result in both short and long-term growth of the organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:Strategy Execution - 50%Manages portfolio of projects including designing objectives, work plans, and metrics to achieve business goals.Works directly with senior leaders across a variety of functions to manage and drive successful completion of strategic business initiatives.Leads cross-functional teams and ensure all work is coordinated.
