Our client, a very well known Food company, is looking for a dynamic Executive Events Planner to join their team!In this role you will directly be supporting the President with personal event planning and vacations. While you will be reporting into the Events team and working out of the office, you will be responsible for delivering a white glove experience.Location-100% onsite in IrvineSalary-Up to $105KWhat You Will Do:Provide concierge white glove level service in planning and on-site/off-site execution.Research and coordinate travel arrangements ensuring that reservations for air travel, car rentals, and overnight accommodations are accurate and that itineraries and instructions are communicated in a timely manner.Analyze services provided by various vendors and provide recommendation as appropriate.With guidance from the Executive Events Manager, problem solve and make decisions utilizing policies, procedures, and business plansCollaborate and partner with the Executive Events Team as well as cross-functional teams in striving for successful high-quality events.Collaborate with team members in providing the highest-level of service and support.Providing on-site event support (weekday & weekend) is requiredResearch destinations, locations, and points of interest including resorts, hotels, campsites, and other accommodations as well as activities and transportationDevelop and create trip presentations from research, collaborating with Executive Events Manager throughout.On-site or off-site support and concierge level service extended to family members/VIPsCreate itinerary, travel documents, and operations plansHandle & manage multiple expense reportsAdministrative tracking including logistics, flight & travel logs, digital itineraries, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, or Business Administration preferred.3-5 years experience as an Event Planner, Executive Personal Assistant, or Concierge Travel Planner required.Polished verbal and written communication, problem solving, and detail oriented thinking/skills.Positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and strong communication skills.Exceptional customer service traits in handling VIP/Executive Family members requiring high touch reservation assistance.Software proficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite and O365, Concur, Asana, Saber preferred
