This division specializes in delivering fast-paced, MEP-intensive solutions for top technology and telecommunications clients across the U.S., providing significant career growth opportunities within the thriving mission-critical construction sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Communication:Collaborate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones.Act as the primary point of contact with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory bodies.Project Start-Up:Review contract documents and establish project budgets, schedules, and milestones.Develop safety and mobilization plans.Documentation & Control:Oversee buyout processes, define scopes of work, and ensure subcontractor compliance.Manage schedules, change orders, shop drawings, and document control.Financial Oversight:Administer owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.Manage requisitions, payments, and ensure optimal cash flow management.Project Closeout:Lead inspections, utility transfers, owner training, and punch list completion.Deliver warranties, as-builts, and manuals to the owner.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.Experience: Minimum 10 years of project management experience on large-scale, complex projects.SkillsExceptional financial and organizational management.Strong leadership, client relations, and communication abilities.Proven capacity to manage competing priorities and resolve complex challenges.Adaptability to evolving environments and processes.
