With a primary focus on multidistrict mass torts and class actions in both state and federal courts, the firm is distinguished for taking high-stakes cases to trial and achieving landmark victories.The firm fosters a hybrid culture with three in-office days that remain flexible.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a caseload of mass tort claims from intake to resolution, including discovery, settlement, and trial.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build compelling cases for plaintiffs.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.Participate in depositions, mediations, and court hearings as required.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in mass torts, product liability, or related litigation on the plaintiff side.J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the New York Bar.
