If you have a background in culture, engagement, L&D, talent, this is a great match for you!Onsite - Santa MonicaComp Range - 120-140k + bonusResponsibilities:• In partnership with the business and the broader HR team, design and deliver various talentmanagement solutions (e.g., performance management, employee engagement, leadershipdevelopment).• Ensures the talent management solutions align with organizational strategy and companyculture.• Build, plan, and manage leadership development programs end-to-end with a clear programvision, timeline, communications plan, learning plan, and enablement of cross-functionalpartners.• Partner with the HR Operations team to determine appropriate talent metrics that measurethe success/impact of initiatives and programs.• Lead core talent programs and processes that positively impact the company culture andemployee experience.• Be an expert advisor to key stakeholders around talent management needs, risks, andsolutions.• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage bestpractices and resources in talent managementRequirements:Minimum 5 years as an HR Professional with a focus on Talent Management.Bachelors Degree Required, Masters highly desiredMust be able to commute to office 5 days weekly in Santa Monica, CAStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in professional work environments: Consulting, investment management, Real Estate, Technology, Software or similar
