Head of Artificial Intelligence

Our client is seeking a Head of AI, to lead their artificial intelligence initiatives in developing innovative AI models for complex biological systems.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement the AI strategy aligned with the company's goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.Research and Development:Oversee the design and execution of AI models for drug discovery and development.Guide the use of machine learning and data analytics in preclinical and clinical research.Qualifications:PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or a related field.Proven track record in leading AI projects, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries.Strong expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable strategies.Preferred Skills:Experience with clinical data, genomic data analysis, and bioinformatics.Familiarity with regulatory requirements in drug development and clinical trials.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
