The Coordinator will support the Project Director and/or Manager with project related activities.GENERAL SCOPE RESPONSIBILITIES Entering design specifications into purchasing systemObtain quotations from vendors and assist with updating budgetsIssuing purchase orders, monitoring status of orders and resolving issues with suppliersREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Strong multi-tasking and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong command of English language, bi-lingual (Spanish) a plusPurchasing experience requiredFour-year college degree in management, business, operations, hospitality or a related field desirable
