TetraMem is a fast-growing well-funded startup company working on the next generation ofcomputing platforms with unique ReRAM-based in-memory computing technologies. We are seeking askilled layout lead engineer to join our team.In this role you will be responsible for managing the layout design process for our projects fromconception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of layout designprinciples, be proficient in industry-standard software, and have experience leading a team of layoutengineers.We offer a very competitive compensation, commensurate with experience, and a full benefitspackage including medical, professional PTO, 401k, daycare subsidy, and other perks.This Position is open for both Fremont and Singapore Office!Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of layout engineers to produce complex analog and mixed-signal blocks with high-quality layoutCollaborate with project managers and design engineers to understand project requirementsDrive critical floor-planning decisions and key layout methodologyEnsure that all designs meet project requirements and adhere to design guidelinesReview and approve final layout designs for productionStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design software and techniquesAttend project meetings, presentations, and other events as neededRequirements:B.S. EE and 8+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalentExperience in analog and mixed-signal layout design of deep submicron CMOS circuits and recent experience on advance nodesProficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre DRC, LVSStrong understanding of layout design principles and best practicesExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
