Project Manager/Estimator (DOT)

We seek a meticulous, thorough, and organized Construction Project Manager Estimator to join our growing team in the Department of Transportation division. Your primary responsibilities will be project management functions, accurate cost estimates, research products, report preparation, and forecast monitoring. You will also oversee communications with your clients and conduct risk assessments.Duties Responsible for estimating and managing bridge and road construction projects from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budgetReview project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate cost estimatesCoordinate and manage all projects, and activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality controlRequirements Minimum education level of a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related fieldThe ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in bridge and road construction estimation and be knowledgeable of project management principlesExperience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractorDetails Pay Rage: $90k to $115k + potential annual bonus opportunityGenerous Paid Time Off Policy - 15 days at hire, 20 days on 1st service anniversary + 401k plan with employer match, 100% Employer paid Medical, Dental, & VisionCompany credit card, fuel card, apparel allowance, and car allowance providedTo apply for this fabulous opportunity, send your resume to jobs@ OR call 440-701-1080 and ask for Brendan Gilday for more info.
