LHH is looking for Customer Service and Inside Sales professionals to join one of our clients, a leader in the outdoor lifestyle and retail industry, on a contract-to-hire basis as part of their Member Services Team! This is a dynamic role that is perfect for sales-minded individuals who enjoy working with people, have a passion for the outdoors, and are looking a company they can grow withWhat You Need to Know: Our client has an AWESOME training program for the first 3 weeks you will work on-site M-F from 8 AM-5 PM in their Englewood office learning all about their process and productsAfter training wraps, you will work with their team to determine your ongoing schedule - their business hours are 6 AM - 9 PM, 7 days a week. Candidates should expect to work at least on day during the weekend and 40 hours per weekOnce the contract period ends, a full-time offer will be extended, and you will begin earning commission and convert to a hybrid work schedule, working one day a week in the office and the rest of the week remotely! This is a sales-focused role! Selling and Upselling will be the name of the game and the key to success What You Need to Have: High School Diploma or GED no college degree required! 1 year of experience (or more!) in a sales-focused role; call center experience is great, but not required! Exceptional verbal and written communication skills you must be comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email! Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn in-house programs The ability to commit to the 3-week training schedule and ongoing work schedule detailed in the previous sectionA tenacious and sales-focused mindset!
