The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.Position Summary:Seeking a STORE MANAGER to join our flock and lead our first boutique in Tampa. This is an exciting full time opportunity for someone with retail experience and a passion for customer service to manage the daily operations of the store including sales, customer relationships, visual merchandising and staffing.The Store Manager is a brand ambassador tasked with supporting brand awareness and fostering a sense of community for customers and staff. They are responsible for supporting the store manager while leading through superb customer service, teamwork and achieving sales goals.Responsibilities:Set the tone for store culture and environment to ensure success in all aspects of customer service, profitability, operations, associate development and store presentationResponsible for achieving sales goals by developing and maintaining relationships with customersConduct customer outreach and drive foot traffic to storeMaintain exceptional product knowledgeVisually merchandise clothing and products in a strategic and appealing manner to drive salesHelp conceptualize and execute store window displaysUnderstand customer behavior and local sales trends to provide input on store ordersManage inventory including organizing back stock and restocking sales floor as neededHire, train and manage sales staff. Provide continuous development, coaching and conduct performance reviewsProvide sales associates with brand sales training and customer service techniquesEstablish and maintain positive and productive relationships within the communityPlan and execute in-store eventsLead by example and maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism at all timesAdhere to and enforce company standards, policies and proceduresAbility to execute plans and procedures for the storeEffectively communicate on a regular basis with supervisor and corporate office to effectuate constant flow of information including relaying customer feedbackQualifications:3+ years of retail management experienceDemonstrated ability to drive sales while delivering excellent customer serviceExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong relationshipsAbility to be accountable and take ownership of actions in achieving goalsStrong management and leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThorough knowledge of retail store operationsMust be able to frequently bend, lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds as neededAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysBachelor's degree preferredCompensation:At Pink Chicken, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits.
