If you want to be a part of a growing company, cutting edge culture, learn, grow and provide high quality fitness forward healthcare for professionals who love integrative, high-quality care - this is the perfect opportunity for you.RequirementsExcellent phone and customer service skillsStrong sales backgroundGreat at multi-taskingStrong computer skills (Google Suites, Office 365, project management tools, )Organizational skills, problem solving skillsResponsibilities: Enable providers to focus on providing individualized patient care by assisting in:Effectively manage lead trackerConverting new leads into new evaluations for the PTsComfortable with high volume outbound calls and inbound calls for leadsScheduling appointmentsScheduling follow upsCollecting new client intake informationBuild positive relationships with patients, community, and practitioners and manage conflict with care and empathy.Lead clients through sales process to meet new client conversions goalsPromote conversion by providing excellent onboarding and customer experience.Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and instant messages in a fast, timely, and professional mannerWillingness to learn new technologies & frameworksCollect paymentsManage patient feedback escalation process and ensure that conflicts are resolved and the patient feels heardAnalyze new client metrics to optimize client communication and onboarding process with clinical directorAdditional training in any of the following are a plus:Jane EMR, Slack, Google Sheets/Docs, Google Calendar, Go High Level (we provide training in all our systems)This position is Part Time to Full Time and Onsite (Part Time to Full Time Option Available if right fit)Job Type: Full-time (Part Time to Full Time Option Available if right fit)Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hourBonus Commission: 5% of all evals bookedBenefits:401(k) matchDental and vision insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offPaid HolidaysSchedule: Monday to Friday in person
