The Junior Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to estimating projects, analyzing blueprints, conducting take-offs, preparing bids, and assisting in project planning and coordination, collaborating with contractors and vendors and helping to ensure accurate bidding processes.QualificationsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsProficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprintsAttention to detail and accuracy in project estimationKnowledge of construction materials and methodsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently or collaboratively in a team environmentWilling to travelExperience in estimating, take-offs, and bid preparation is a plusDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plusBilingual (Spanish) is a plusJob type: Full-timeTypical hours: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
