Construction Project Manager

Landscape Construction Project Manager - Oversee multiple commercial and residential landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Design and Construction: Plan and install multi-zone irrigation systems using landscape plans and budgets, considering meter size, pressure, and flow (GPM). Supervise installations of hardscape, retaining walls, landscape lighting, and plantings.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead construction crews of 3-6 members, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, teamwork, and customer focus.Project Management: Develop and update schedules, procure materials, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project contracts and specifications.Collaboration: Work closely with department management to adjust priorities based on changing customer demands.Cost Tracking: Utilize Aspire workflow management system to monitor labor, payroll, and job costs, ensuring alignment with budgets.
