We are seeking a mid-level/senior-level Energy Regulatory Associate to work in our Washington D.C. office.The candidate will have 3 - 8 years (classes 2017 - 2022) of federal/state regulatory experience in the energy and utility sectors. Candidates are also expected to have administrative litigation experience, such as defending audits and enforcement actions and counseling clients before federal agencies, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Regulatory compliance counseling and regulatory support for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures are a plus.Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required. Washington D.C. Bar is required.All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools.
