Director of Fleet Maintenance

The Director of Fleet Maintenance & Repair oversees the Maintenance Department, ensuring the efficient operation of vehicle maintenance, repair, disposal, procurement, fueling, safety compliance, and fleet administration. Responsibilities include developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, managing budgets, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with laws and safety regulations, supervising staff, and improving service delivery methods. The role requires extensive experience in fleet management, including nine years of relevant work experience (four in a supervisory role), strong knowledge of maintenance processes, safety compliance, and budgeting, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. A background in Automotive Technology or Business Management, ASE certifications, and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred. Salary will be $140k-150k.
