As an Envisioning Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape the perceptions and paths of Microsoft's top accounts in their Digital and AI Transformations. This role will involve delivering engaging presentations and demos with a focus on AI, digital transformation, modern hybrid/remote work, surface devices, and more.Summary of the opportunityClient Overview: Microsoft's Worldwide Customer Engagement Team (CET) leads highly visible, high-impact programs to engage customers and partners.Role Summary: As an Envisioning Specialist, you will present and demonstrate Microsoft technologies to future executive customers at Microsoft, inspiring them with the possibilities and showcasing how Microsoft tech can help them achieve their goals.What are the key responsibilities?Responsibilities and Duties:Facilitate a wide range of solution area capability demos, industry demos, and customer success demos to inspire and instill confidence in customer audiences.Deliver in-person demos at Microsoft Experience Center EMEA.Prepare and write scripts for assigned demos and experiences, ensuring high-quality documentation for consumption by CET facilities around the world.Evangelize highly complex customer engagement delivery programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain buy-in.Manage the deployment of new technology experiences/demos in the Center, in partnership with the Immersive Experiences lead and the global technology operations team.Provide insight and perspective on customer delivery as a subject matter expert to CET partners and the global community of Envisioning Specialists.Collaborate with Microsoft Innovation Hub Technical Architects to learn new technologies and unlock activities for getting customers to take the next-best action.Identify trends, business needs, challenges, and feedback from customer engagements, and provide feedback for the development of new experiences.What experience are we looking for to drive success?MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field.8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, marketing, and/or business development, including direct engagement with customers and account teams.Experience presenting to large audiences and/or internal/external senior executives.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an executive presence.Subject matter expertise in Azure (Data & AI, Apps & Infra), Modern Workplace and Business Applications, or the ability to quickly ramp up.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Conversational depth of subject matter expertise in IT, Cloud, and Software business trends, including the impact of digital transformation on Microsoft's priority industry verticals (Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).So calling all top performers,Exciting Opportunity: This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and initiatives while honing your skills in communications and program management within a dynamic corporate environment.Competitive Compensation: Competitive hourly rate offered.Application Process: To apply for this role, please apply online or email your resume, highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications.
