Responsibilities include performing lab work, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role works closely with scientists and engineers to advance new product development and production support.Key Responsibilities:Perform lab work following established instructions to support product development.Prepare and process batch formulas, conduct tests, and communicate results.Operate R&D and manufacturing equipment, ensuring proficiency.Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ISO/IATF standards.Manage R&D inventory of raw materials and finished products.Follow safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and PPE usage.Practice good housekeeping and organization in the lab.Support additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with 2+ years of lab experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of lab safety practices, SDS, and chemical handling.Strong organizational and communication skills.This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
