Trust and Estate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will either hold an LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning or have significant experience working with high-net-worth clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex estate planning and administration matters.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to high-net-worth clients.Advise clients on tax strategies, wealth preservation, and asset protection.Handle estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings and fiduciary accountings.Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide comprehensive planning solutions.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (required).Minimum of 4 years of trusts and estates experience.LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning (preferred) or equivalent experience working with high-net-worth clients.Strong understanding of estate tax, gift tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package with bonuses and percentage on originations.
