Remote position- You must live within 2 hours of 3200 Breckenridge Blvd, Duluth GA 30096START DATE: 3/3CompensationDuring Training: $17.00/hr.After Training: $18.00/hr.Training/Working Schedule:Training Hours 12 weeks: Fluctuate from Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm EST and 11:30am-8pm ESTYour schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice!AFTER TRAINING: Must be able to work weekends- Schedule could be anywhere from 8am EST Start Time to 8:30pm EST (Mon-Sun)always have 2 days offWhat you will be doing:Respond to a high volume of incoming callsAssist Members w/ benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc.Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles/demographicsTrack interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technologyRequirements:6 months+ Call Center Experience (2+yrs Customer Service Experience)Pass Required AssessmentAble to work flexible/required hours of operation/work scheduleHealthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not requiredIf you meet the requirements and would like to move forward.
