LOCATION1-2 days ONSITE in West Nyack, New York (must be onsite Tuesdays)DURATION30-month contract (2.5 years)REQUIREMENTS5+ years of lease administration experience (must be commercial/telecom - NOT RESIDENTIAL)Solid experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Google Sheets -Solid understanding of rent reconciliations -Someone who wants to grow in a company Must be able to prioritize tasks and work quickly, accurately and effectively in a fast-paced environment Possess strong organizational skills, being detail oriented and having the ability to work independently are essential. Strong verbal, financial and written skills.Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceReal estate background in any of the following areas: commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition consulting, land use entitlements, legal (affiliated with real estate) experience.-Experience coming from JLL, CBRE or Crown Castle-network real estate backgroundJob DescriptionThis candidate will be responsible for reading network real estate contracts and documenting renewal periods and payment terms into our clients internal system. This group provides project support of special initiatives, including the handling of administrative functions, processing of purchase orders and updating databases with information received. Candidate will be responsible for administering real estate agreements. They will need to take ownership in reporting recommended action to project lead and management. Prioritize and troubleshoot inquiries from leasors through the 800 Hotline, email, and mail; resolving issues within the applicable timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction. This candidate should be comfortable reaching out to customers should any information be inaccurate or if any details are missing that would not allow payments to be processed.Compensation$30-35hr (depending on years of experience, could be more flex)Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the first day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
