The position requires strong organizational and collaboration skills to ensure that all products are entered and maintained accurately in the system.What will you be doing?Obtain and maintain up-to-date vendor/source product catalogs in systemRespond to internal requests for updating external and internal products in systemWork cross-functionally with Estimating, Project Operations, Engineering, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure proper categorization and classification of productsManage uploads of product data to ERP systemMaintain continuous process improvementComplete special projects and reporting as neededWhat do you need to be successful?Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) experience a plus or similar ERP SystemStrong attention to detail, process-drivenExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work successfully with internal customers and external vendorsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with ongoing deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with ERP systems
