Who You Are: You are energetic, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You're looking to your store planning experience and have administrative and operational experience. You have strong written and oral communication skills and can work with cross functional teams.What You'll Do:Develop and communicate monthly North America store plans aligned with financial forecasts, considering Holidays, events and store renovations/expansions.Analyze store and attribute level sales and KPIs to identify opportunities for sales growth and profitability. Partner with North America store teams to fully understand qualitative business trends. Reflect trends in store plans and create and execute growth initiatives accordingly.Collaborate with corporate teams to recommend strategies based on location performance including seasonality, holiday impact and test outcomes.Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and evaluate the performance of various test strategies. Serve as a Data Steward for location level attributes (e.g., Cohort, Capacity, Climate) for current and future seasons, ensuring accurate documentation and managing change requests. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on the performance of North American stores including detailed recaps for new and renovated stores.
