This position requires on-site work Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 3:30pm.Position Summary:The office assistant provides general administrative support to the human resources and administrative departments and performs general clerical duties for other departments as directed.Primary Responsibilities:Coordinates meeting and interview schedules, agendas, and other required preparations.Handles ordering, stocking and tidiness of kitchens, common areas, and office supplies as needed.Orders catering and provides support with arranging company events.Performs data entry, maintains accurate and up-to-date filing systems, and other organizational duties.Manages various internal calendars.Greets and screens incoming VIP visitors and interview candidates in a professional manner.Creates and edits documents, presentations, and correspondence as needed.Assists with department expense reporting.Sorts and distributes mail. Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
