If you have a passion for site merchandising, a knack for creating compelling content, and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop on-brand, best-in-class content tailored to customers.Use internal tools to effectively build and publish content.Analyze content performance and identify areas for improvement.Optimize campaigns and targeting by analyzing search keywords.Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.1-3 years of marketing and/or web/mobile merchandising experience.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other content management tools.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with software tools (Symphony, Bullseye, Sophia).2-4+ years of site merchandising experience.Proven ability to execute compelling merchandising campaigns and analyze performance.Top 3 Must-Have Skills1-3 years of marketing or web/mobile merchandising experience.Proficiency in content publishing using internal tools.Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
