This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for safety and excellence.Responsibilities:• Lead daily construction activities and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and the Project Manager to meet project goals.• Verify layouts, survey points, and materials for accuracy and compliance.• Plan and request materials in advance to avoid delays.• Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce the use of PPE and safety protocols.• Submit detailed daily reports on project progress, resource use, and safety incidents.• Mentor and develop crew members, resolving conflicts and fostering teamwork.Requirements:• Proven experience as a Foreman in underground utilities, earthwork, or concrete work.• Strong knowledge of safety standards and construction processes.• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.• Ability to manage teams and multiple tasks simultaneously.• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.Benefits:• Competitive salary.• Healthcare allowance.• Paid time off.• Professional development opportunities.
