If you're ready to dive into troubleshooting and helping with issues related to Azure Active Directory, O365, and conference rooms through our Service Now ticketing system, we want to hear from you!What We're Looking For:3-5 years of experience in L2 Support and providing top-notch service to end-users and executives.Experience with Service NOW ticketing systemsExpertise in supporting M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams, and Intune (MDM).Knowledge of Azure Services (like Entra, Virtual Desktop or AVD) and Hybrid AD.Experience with vendor management.A polished professional who can naturally lead and inspire as there is room for growth in the futureWhat You'll Do:Dive into handling Level 2 tickets in our fast-paced environment.Manage our Microsoft ecosystem, including O365 products like Intune, MS Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, on-prem AD (Hybrid), and Azure Services.Network troubleshooting for remote users (checking connectivity, network diagnosis, ability to identify and resolve common network issues quickly.Address escalated tickets and executive/VP requests with a friendly, helpful approach.Collaborate with our fantastic 3rd party vendors (like Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.).If you're excited about being part of a team that works hard and loves to have fun, this opportunity is perfect for you!
