Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating the recruitment process for Harry Winston, Inc. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Manager, Talent Acquisition with process, reporting and administration activities, and serves as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams.Key Duties, Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesSchedule and prepare all necessary materials for recruiting needsAssist in the identification of prospective candidates using internet and database search techniques; tracks trends and movements within the industryBuild strong relationships with hiring partners and hiring managersPre-screen candidates through initial phone screens and schedule in-person interviews between candidates and interviewing teams and Manager, Talent AcquisitionCreate and distribute updated interview details and resumes to the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managerPrepare new hire documents in a timely manner as requestedPrepare and submit PRF'sProvide HR team with all new hire informationEffectively manage the Global Recruitment Report and Candidate TrackersJob QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredMinimum of one year experience in a service oriented environment, preferably in staffing or human resources, including administrative support to multiple individuals on scheduling and projectsProvide support to multiple individuals with demonstrated ability to prioritize responsibilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust possess extreme attention to detailDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointHigh degree of flexibility in a fast-paced environmentHighly motivated, passionate and results-oriented
