VP, Asset Management

Our client, a leading Debt Asset Management platform, is looking for Asset Management professionals to join their Real Estate Finance business. Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of real estate debt investments covering various real estate asset classes, including underwriting, restructuring, and asset resolution.Perform loan workouts, loan level due diligence, financial analysis, and loan servicing oversightMonitor loan performance and identify potential risks or opportunities.Collaborate with borrowers, lenders, and third-party service providers to ensure adherence to loan terms.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.5+ years of experience in real estate asset management, debt underwriting, or loan servicing.Strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills (DCF, DSCR, LTV, etc.)Knowledge of real estate markets, mortgage finance, and debt structures. Exposure to structured finance (CMBS, RMBS, CLO, etc.)
