HRIS AnalystThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization where you can make an impact. RESPONSIBILITIES:Focus on Dayforce HRIS supportManage the service request ticketing system as the first level of support for our team members' inquires about the HCMManage projects/process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of qualityIdentify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities throughout the HCM systemCompare data from different sources to draw conclusionsUse data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specificationsRecommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fixDocument process and resultsSupport HCM upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assignedProvide production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirementsGenerate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting toolsAssist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing dataConduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentationContinuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledgeParticipate in user group meetings and conferencesAssist with data analysis, modeling, and reporting Prepare files for audit and maintain SOX compliance in accordance with company policySystem admin responsibilities for the HCM system and attend routine status meetings with HCM partnersProject manage all service requests from the HCM to ensure they are progressing in a timely mannerCollaborate with Payroll, HR, and Benefits to identify process improvement opportunitiesPartner with Payroll team on various tasks such as reporting, data pull, system adjustments, imports, exception report creation, and others as requested by the leadership teamThis opportunity is a direct hire position. We are currently based in Duluth and will move to Sandy Springs in Q3. After you get established, you can telecommute up to two days a week.
