Are you that type of person?Requirements? 4+ years of full-service restaurant management in upscale experience preferred? Looking for a solid background in LBW operations? Outgoing Energetic Personality? Guest focused service mentality? Strong Computer skills including word, excel and POS Systems knowledge? P&L knowledge and accountability? Strong guest service standards and leadership qualities? Ability to build a team and develop management skills? Work Closely with the management team to identify key employees for development and future leadership roles? Strong culinary knowledge with emphasis on cost and quality controls? Problem solving and conflict resolution skills? Must be able to work an average of 55 hours per week?
