We're looking for a manager with leadership qualities and passion for serving kids, families, and the community.ResponsibilitiesHire and develop staff - Office Managers, Instructors, Deck Managers, and LifeguardsEnsure high quality customer serviceMonitor student progressMaintain facility cleanliness, safety and appearanceManage budget and payrollTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business healthFollow systems with attention to detail and follow throughBe a team player with high level of dependability and consistencyContinue to grow and promote our Scholarship and Adaptive programmingQualitications2 years of management experience (Required)2 years of aquatics experience (Preferred)Strong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to solve problems proactivelyCaring and compassion for children and adultsAbility to commit to afternoons and weekend shiftsAbility to obtain Lifeguard Certification and Certified Pool Operator licenseCompensation$70,000-$80,000Salaried, full-time.
