Production Manager - 3rd shift

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the operational leadership team, including Supervisors and Team Leaders, within your assigned areas of responsibility.Conduct performance reviews for direct reports, providing actionable feedback to support their professional growth.Maintain optimal staffing levels through effective scheduling and workforce planning.Drive improved Safety and Quality performance by identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.Identify, mentor, and develop future leaders through situational training, regular feedback, and targeted development plans.Champion and uphold 6S workplace standards to ensure a safe, clean, and visitor-ready environment Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders from other departments to implement solutions for operational challenges and company-wide initiatives.Coach your team on improving material flow and eliminating inefficiencies in daily operations.Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to optimize the design and layout of work areas, minimizing waste and improving workflow.QualificationsAS in Engineering related field is preferred.
