We are driven to set goals high and aim even higher.General Responsibilities:Review renewal list of policies expiring in the prescribed time frames to determine appropriate actionsRate and prepare quotations when necessaryHandle client telephone and mail requests for information, endorsements, cancellations and other services as requiredReview commercial applications, renewal requests and endorsements for adherence to underwriting authority and guidelines as established by the company's carriersPrepare and process binders of insurance, policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and cancellationsValidate coverages and ratings policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, etc.Maintain suspense or follow-up system for correspondence/requestsProcess premium finance agreements as neededProvide back-up to other Account Managers as assignedDevelop and maintain working relationship with the various company marketing representatives and underwritersMaintain favorable relationship with clients, producers, and employeesRequired Qualifications:2-20 P&C License3+ years' experience of commercial insurance service experience, preferably with an independent agencyEffective experience of computer and Microsoft Office Products, especially Word and OutlookGood organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to respond to requests effectively and efficientlyTeammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:Health BenefitsMedical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Financial BenefitsESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement Mental Health & WellnessFree Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy ServicesBeyond BenefitsPaid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.
