Their novel products treat seizure disorders by reducing the patient's abnormal brain activity. The product features an implantable device and ongoing patient monitoring and personalized treatment. They've successfully launched and driven adoption for their first product, experienced 20% YOY growth last year and have a healthy balance sheet. They have multiple new indications and a major product launch coming up in the next few years for a market with many unmet needs.They're growing the commercial marketing team in preparation for these launches and adding a newly created Sr. Manager of Professional Education role. This is a small team, where you'll interact with leadership daily and work broadly, no two days will be the same. The Opportunity:As the Sr. Manager of Professional Education you'll own peer-to-peer education strategy for the company's existing and growing portfolio. You'll develop strategy and tactics for professional education, create physician training programs and identify and develop KOLs. This is a high-profile role that will require a deep understanding of education strategy for physicians, fellows and allied health professionals. You'll lead physician strategy as you develop programs, curriculum and tactics including digital, conference, webinar and in person programs. In addition you'll interact with key stakeholders in the surgical space to understand and integrate valuable information into training programs. You'll report into the Vice President of Marketing, an experienced developer of people who has successfully launched multiple med device products. Travel is mostly domestic and estimated at 30%.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have the following qualities:7+ years of Medical Device education/training.Experience with Class III surgical med device productsExperience working with physician customer KOLsA Bachelor's Degree or better in a scientific disciplineThis position will be based in the San Francisco Bay area. This is a hybrid role, you'll work in the Bay Area HQ 2 days per week.
