Senior Manager, Upstream Process Development

You will be responsible for leading late-stage upstream process development activities. They are well-funded and offer comprehensive benefits.Key Responsibilities:Lead late-stage upstream process development activities across process validation/process characterization planningPartner with internal teams across QA, AD/QC, MSAT, PM, and Supply Chain teams while representing the upstream function at CMC meetings and external CDMO vendorsDrive the QbD based process developmentLead junior-level team membersQualifications:A PhD in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Chemical Engineering or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience within upstream process development in pharma/biotech organizations.
