You will track KPIs, optimize media campaigns, and create dashboards that communicate key findings to senior leadership. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact business decisions and campaign success through data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze performance metrics and generate reports to provide actionable insights for internal teams and external partners.External CollaborationWork with publishing partners to gather data, track KPIs, and align on project goals.Dashboard CreationDesign and maintain dashboards that visualize key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization.Data EvaluationAssess the effectiveness of projects and collaborate with partners to identify and implement improvements.Data LiaisonServe as the main point of contact for data insights and strategic guidance between internal teams and external partners.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline data collection, enhance workflows, and automate processes.Project OwnershipManage end-to-end project lifecycles, from gathering requirements to building datasets and creating reports.Technical CollaborationPartner with technical teams to ensure accurate data flow and tracking across platforms.Strategic PresentationsPresent insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders to guide business decisions.Industry MonitoringStay up-to-date on industry trends and apply knowledge to refine data strategies.Ad-Hoc AnalysisConduct targeted analyses to address specific business needs or evaluate campaign performanceQualifications:4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on performance reporting and media-related projects.Proven experience working with large datasets, developing reports, and presenting insights to a variety of stakeholders.Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience with SQL for data extraction.Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.Experience collaborating with external partners to align on project goals and KPIs.Familiarity with data automation and process optimization techniques.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.A proactive and independent approach to problem-solving and project ownership.HOW TO APPLY?:Please register your interest by sending your Resume to Gabriella Ferrara via the Apply link on this page.
