This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with the Vice President of Payroll and Benefits and be part of a dynamic HR team dedicated to delivering exceptional support and results.Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist with a strong desire to grow in the area of Total Rewards, including compensation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-driven professional who is naturally curious, highly organized, and passionate about leveraging analytics to drive impactful decisions. Reporting to the VP of Payroll and Benefits, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless payroll and benefits administration while contributing to compensation analysis and strategy.Key Responsibilities:Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, while providing exceptional employee support.Assist with benefits reconciliation and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with the VP of Payroll and Benefits to analyze and improve compensation structures and strategies.Conduct data analysis to support compensation benchmarking, pay equity, and market trend research.Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payroll and benefits processes.Act as a subject matter expert and resource for employees, addressing questions and providing guidance on payroll, benefits, and compensation-related matters.Participate in special projects related to Total Rewards, such as implementing new systems or supporting annual benefits enrollment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of payroll and benefits experience; compensation experience is a plus but not required.A strong interest in learning and growing within the Total Rewards and compensation field.Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn new concepts and tools.Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.Why Join Us?Work closely with seasoned leaders who are committed to your growth and development.Be part of a growing organization that values innovation and fosters a collaborative culture.Enjoy a flexible work arrangement with one remote day per week.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.If you're a motivated, curious professional eager to grow your career in Payroll, Benefits, and Total Rewards, we encourage you to apply today!
