Our client is a start-up who is the leading provider in tax equity and project finance financial modeling training and is preparing for rapid growth.Preferred location is commutable to upstate America's: Greenwich, CT; New York, New Jersey 2 days a week. And 25% travel to Chicago, Houston and LA.If you are someone with investment banking expertise, ESG, financial modeling and enjoys training and/or teaching or presenting we are interested in you. You MUST show a track record of teaching and creating content in this space to apply or be considered. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Leading training courses in renewable energy project finance and tax equityAssist in business development and marketingGrow and mentor a small financial modeling and model audit team.Support the Principals in developing new training courses.Qualifications /Experience /CompetenciesAt least three to five years' experience in project finance, tax equity, infrastructure / renewables investments, corporate finance, or project developmentExceptional best-practice financial modeling skills and a strong understanding of the legal agreements in project finance dealsKnowledge of industry and company dynamics in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance sector a plusA passion for teachingAbility to build and retain long-term client relationships with effective interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, communication and analytical skillsSpanish language skills a plus, although not essentialBachelor's (or master's degree) in Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Planning, or closely related field with emphasis on quantitative skills
