The candidate gives sound legal advice to management regarding all relevant issues. We are looking for someone to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through excellence, collaboration, and innovation, embodying tenacity, agility, and genuine integrity to foster trust and achieve superior results together.Some of the things you will be doingDraft, review and negotiate various types of contracts, agreements and other legal documents, primarily with CSC customers.Review and assess CSC obligations under changing international regulations. Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and present creative solutions to reach resolution, ensuring a balance between legal risk and business interestsProvide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organizationAdeptly and proactively identify and escalate issues and provide risk-based recommendations and advice within strategic business conversationsWhat technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need? Juris Doctor and ability to practice in house in Delaware under a Delaware Certificate of Limited PracticeMinimum of 3 years' experience in a law firm or corporate environmentExcellent drafting, negotiating, editing, problem solving, and communications skills. Experience negotiating, redlining and reviewing contracts.Embody the values of CSC: service, teamwork, tenacity, agility and genuineSelf-motivated and independent, but able to discern when matters should be escalated and when further guidance is neededAbility to translate legal requirements into practical guidance and formulate creative solutions to accomplish the company's objectives
