The firm is led by co-founders Reid Marks, Nick Helfand, and Cameron Koffman, and is dedicated to meeting the growing demand for student housing in underserved markets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Analyst role located in New York, NY with a flexible start date in 2025.The Analyst will be an integral part of the Havenly Ventures team with a primary focus on execution of business plans for the growing portfolio of student housing assets.This role will support the COO in various tasks related to assessing market conditions, operations, property conditions, staffing, capital expenditures, rent collection, and leasing opportunities at each property within the portfolio.Qualifications0-1 Years of Experience in Real Estate Asset ManagementProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDesire to be in entrepreneurial environmentStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work well in a team and independentlyBasic knowledge of finance, operations, and accounting principles in commercial real estate, with a willingness to learnBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
