Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer in the Garner area who is hiring a night shift Maintenance Supervisor (7pm-7am) to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.Responsibilities:Maintenance Supervisor will manage and direct activities of the Maintenance TechniciansSupervisor will repair and service manufacturing equipmentSupervisor will assist mechanics with machine troubleshootingSupervisor will monitor and maintain work orders, schedule work loadRequirements:Candidates must have 5 plus years maintenance experience in manufacturing environmentsCandidates must have experience troubleshooting electrical and plumbing equipmentCandidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPointCandidates must have proven leadership background Candidates must have strong experience communicating with highly skilled techniciansAccentuate Staffing is assisting an established food and beverage manufacturer in the Garner area recruit a Maintenance Manager to join their team. This is a 1st shift (6am-5pm), direct hire opportunity. On call hours required as necessary.Responsibilities:Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of high voltage equipment, including fabrication and assembly.Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair procedures for equipment and facilities.Utilize CMMS software to track and manage equipment maintenance and repair schedules.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures.Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance on safety protocols and best practices.Monitor production levels and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.Analyze and report on production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance and repair budget.Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and functioning within safety standards.Requirements:5+ years management experience in a manufacturing facilityProven experience in a fast paced manufacturing and maintenance.Experience with CMMS software.Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and diagrams.Proficiency with safety equipment, including ohmmeters and voltmeters.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Experience with facilities management and the ability to manage a team of technicians.A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of the job.
