Part of the fast-growing MSQ Group we drive revenue growth from brand to demand with blue-chip clients on a global scale.About the RoleWe're seeking a motivated Associate CRM Analyst to work with our Demand Generation team at our client's New York office. This collaborative role involves managing and analyzing CRM data, developing dashboards and reports, and providing actionable insights to drive sales and marketing initiatives. ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.Develop and maintain data collection systems and databases.Actively maintain the accuracy and completeness of the CRM data to support sales and marketing initiatives.Track and monitor data quality initiatives. Use data from marketing automation tools to align identities and customer engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.Produce and maintain sales reports & dashboards in Salesforce and in excel for different business stakeholders.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Identify trends and patterns in data to support business strategiesSkills & ExperienceProficiency in Excel and experience with large datasets.Expertise in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with CDPs and marketing automation tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, working independently and collaboratively.3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial industry; Tableau experience and a finance/economics background are a plus.Career DevelopmentBe part of a team that invests in your growth through:Structured, award-winning training programs; Investors in People, since 2008 & Princess Royal Training Awards)Mentorship opportunitiesAccess to cutting-edge marketing tools and technologiesJoin us and you'll be working at the forefront of B2B marketing with some of the industry's most advanced thinkers and the world's biggest brands.
